Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)

EADO offers screening and application assistance for SNAP (formerly food stamps) to help individuals and families access nutritious food. Eligibility is based on household size and income.

Nutrition Assistance Program for Seniors (NAPS)

As a satellite site for NAPS, EADO distributes monthly boxes of healthy food to low-income seniors (60+). This USDA-funded program is free and requires proof of age, income, and residence.

Halal Food Assistance Program

East African Dream Inc. is proud to provide a Halal Food Shelf Program serving East African families in Central Minnesota especially East African community/Somali residents in need of culturally appropriate food support.

📍 Who We Serve

Families living in St. Cloud, Waite Park, St. Joseph, Sauk Rapids, and across Stearns, Sherburne, and Benton counties.

🛒 What We Offer

Each distribution includes a variety of Halal food items such as rice, pasta, beans, lentils, vegetables, fruits, and Halal-certified meat or chicken.

2nd and 4th Wednesdays of every month.
